Return Policy

Customized Orders – No Returns or Exchanges

At Print420, all orders are custom-made for each client. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order due to printing, production, or shipping damage, we are committed to resolving it.

Reporting Issues (Within 24-48 Hours)

If you receive a damaged or defective order, you must notify Print420 within 24-48 hours of delivery. To determine the cause of the issue, we require photo evidence of the damage. If photos are not sufficient, the product must be returned for inspection before we can proceed with a resolution.

If the damage is determined to be due to a print or production error and you contacted us within 24-48 hours, we will reprint your order at no cost. See our Quality Guarantee page for more details.

Reporting Issues (After 48 Hours)

If you contact us after the 24-48 hour window, one of the following options will apply:

  • Option A: Receive a 25% refund for the damaged or incorrect items.
  • Option B: Receive a free reprint of the damaged/incorrect items. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided to return the original merchandise.

Reprint Process:

  • All reprints are rushed into production and shipped using the original shipping method from your order.
  • If you need the reprint sooner, expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost.
  • The original order must be returned within 15 business days after a resolution has been reached. If the return is not received within this time, you agree to be charged for the original order.

Shipping Damage

If damage is caused by the shipping carrier, a damage claim will be filed immediately, and your order will be reprinted with rush production. Please keep all packaging and merchandise until further notice, as a shipping company inspection may be required.

Issues That Do Not Qualify for a Reprint or Refund

We cannot reprint or refund orders under the following conditions:

  • Low-quality images submitted by the customer that result in fuzzy, pixelated, or distorted prints.
  • Color shifts due to CMYK conversion.
  • Artwork errors submitted by the customer, including:
    • Insufficient bleed
    • Misspellings & punctuation errors
    • Damaged fonts
    • Crop marks
    • Incorrect scaling or sizing
  • Orders that have already been used or show signs of wear.
  • Orders canceled after production has started.
  • Dated materials that arrive after the required date, due to the customer not allowing enough time for production & shipping.
  • Orders refused at delivery or marked as undeliverable.
  • Orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Artwork sent to print "as is" – Print420 does not edit artwork unless specifically requested.
